- AI-powered engineering tools – Developer productivity solutions, automation frameworks, and intelligent workflow optimizations.

Your Role

As a Python Full Stack Developer, you will work across the stack—building backend services, APIs, frontend development and scalable infrastructure—to ensure a robust, high-performance AI-driven platform.

What You'll Do

- Develop and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenCV).
- Design and deploy APIs for AI-powered automation, video analytics, and search applications.
- Develop and deploy robust on-premise solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
- Implement and manage DevOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and deployment workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across infrastructure and applications.
- Work with databases and caching layers like MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and Vector DBs (Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.).
- Develop frontend components using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL to create intuitive user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system performance issues, particularly for on-prem deployments and high-performance computing environments.
- (Nice to Have) Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Backend: Python (FastAPI, HuggingFace, OpenCV), MySQL, RabbitMQ
- Front End: TypeScript, React, GraphQL
- AI & Search: Elasticsearch, Redis, Vector DBs (Qdrant, ChromaDB)
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, AWS, Azure, CI/CD, On-Prem Deployments
- Bonus: Kubernetes, GPU-based workloads (NVIDIA GPUs preferred)

What We're Looking For

- Strong full-stack development skills, including Python for backend development and React, TypeScript, and GraphQL for frontend development.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience developing and deploying on-premise solutions—preferred.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing cloud-based and on-prem applications.
- Familiarity with scalable architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience working with databases, caching, and search engines.
- (Bonus) Experience with Kubernetes, GPU-based computation (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs), or high-performance video processing.

Pay Scale Range: ₹3.2 L/yr - ₹3.7 L/yr based on experience
