Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Lab Technician based in Ahmedabad. The Hardware Lab Technician will manage and maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality control tests, and support hardware testing and analysis. Responsibilities include conducting experiments, documenting findings, assisting in prototyping, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards. The technician will work closely with the engineering team to contribute to product development and optimization. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with PCB assembly and rework (SMT/THT soldering). Expertise in fine-pitch SMT soldering (0402, 0201, micro-BGA, QFN, etc.) Knowledge of electronic circuit troubleshooting and component testing. Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of regulatory standards in medical device manufacturing. Understanding of ESD protocols and safety regulations. Document work performed and ensure traceability Preferred Experience: 3 years in an electronics manufacturing environment. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and testing tools. Experience with microcontroller-based systems or embedded circuits.
