Job Description

We are seeking a talented Domino Developer to lead the development and implementation of innovative projects utilizing emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering projects that leverage technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the organization s strategic goals.

Overall Responsibilities

- Project Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Mentorship:Mentor and guide team members, providing technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Technology Evaluation:Identify and evaluate new technology solutions that can improve business processes and enhance productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organizations overall strategy and objectives.
- Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Technical SkillsEmerging Technologies:Strong expertise in technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI, and other relevant emerging technologies.
- Software Development Lifecycle:In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Software Architecture:Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Leadership & Management:Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical experts effectively.

Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects utilizing emerging technologies.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members in a technical capacity.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Day-to-Day Activities

- Manage the development and delivery of projects using emerging technologies to meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and industry trends, applying insights to current projects.

Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are a plus.
