We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide training, and motivate team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
