Position Chartered Accountant - Fresher Experience 1 Year Articleship Qualification CA Completed Location Gurgaon Employment Type Full-time Work days 5 days WFO Saturdays Remote About Company Affordplan is a category leading healthcare payment platform It s product Swasth enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills Affordplan works with 100 hospitals across the country and is present in 20 cities Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant CA Fresher who has completed 1 year of Articleship and recently qualified as a Chartered Accountant The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards Support statutory audits internal audits and tax audits under the guidance of senior team members Handle day-to-day accounting and reconciliations bank vendor customer intercompany Prepare GST returns TDS returns and other tax-related filings Assist in preparation of MIS reports variance analysis and budgeting Ensure compliance with Companies Act Income Tax Act GST laws and other regulatory requirements Perform financial analysis and support month-end and year-end closing activities Work closely with seniors to identify process improvements and support operational efficiency Required Skills Strong understanding of Accounting Standards Ind AS AS Basic knowledge of taxation audit procedures and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel accounting software Tally ERP SAP preferred Good communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines Education Chartered Accountant CA - Completed 1 Year Articleship completed from a recognized CA firm Opportunity Exposure to diverse accounting audit and taxation areas Learning-based environment suitable for fresh CAs Growth potential into more responsible financial roles
