Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track activities at site offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up and coordinate with site employees to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct tele-calling with customers to explain project details and address inquiries.
- Prepare, update, and compile daily reports for management review.
- Visit project sites daily to oversee progress and provide status updates.
- Assist in resolving on-site challenges and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred: Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites on a daily basis.
