Job Description Role & Responsibilities Business Sourcing - Source business through open market and outbound sales activities. - Acquire quality new CASA accounts for Resident and Non-Resident customers via catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases. - Strive to maximize values in accounts opened independently. - Meet defined productivity norms for self-sourcing. Lead Fulfillment - Assist in fulfilling CASA leads generated by other verticals. - Ensure adherence to TAT guidelines to meet customer commitments. Cross-Sales - Generate cross-sales of key products including FD, RD, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables. Business Hygiene & Value Enhancement - Manage welcome kits appropriately; ensure proper recording and custody. - Ensure right sourcing of customers. - Enhance account value through regular contact with customers. - Contribute actively to the overall objectives of the branch.
