Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Content Writer at factoHR in Rajkot. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The role involves producing high-quality content to support HR operations and services offered by factoHR. Key Responsibilities:: Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading skills Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Understanding of HR processes and industry trends Create engaging content to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness. Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic. Edit and revise content for clarity and consistency. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications & Skills:: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong writing, grammar, and editing skills. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Familiarity with SEO best practices and web-based research Experience as a content writer or copywriter. Portfolio of writing samples.
