ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Summary

We are seeking Functional SD SAP consultant with 3-5 yrs of experience . The specialist is responsible for understanding business processes and requirements and translating them into SAP system configurations. The role involves designing and implementing SAP SD solutions tailored to client needs, configuring the module, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver innovative SAP solutions to meet requirements from programs, regulatory changes, and business development or simplification initiatives, in line with SAP release and program schedules

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements. Understand the organization&aposs business processes and translate these requirements into technical requirements

3. Configure the SAP SD module and facilitate integration with cross-functional modules (LES/MM/FI/CO) for comprehensive business processes

4. Conduct project scoping, objectives with detailed project plan with budget and timelines

5. Perform routine support and configuration tasks in SAP, including number range maintenance, financial calendar management, and year-end processing

6. Enterprise Structure Configuration: Configure SD Enterprise Structure, including defining common sales organization, distribution channels, and divisions

7. Order Management Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of order management, pricing and rebates, billing and invoicing, credit management, stock transfer orders (STO), and third-party sales

8. Document Definition & Creation: Expertise in defining and creating various sales, delivery, and billing documents, including quotations

9. Incompletion Log Configuration: Configure incompletion logs for sales, delivery, and billing documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness

10. Pricing Procedure Configuration: Configure pricing procedures, including necessary condition types, access sequences, condition tables, and fields

11. Credit Management Configuration: Configure and manage credit management settings within the SAP SD module

12. Understand SAP master data integrity, information flow processes, and landscape architecture, especially in a cloud-based SaaS environment like S/4 HANA, including BI/BW reporting and analytics

13. Create and maintain documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), to outline system configurations and functionality

14. Conduct system testing to ensure that SAP configurations meet business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase

15.Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the SAP system. Offer ongoing support to address user questions, troubleshoot issues ensuring effective use of success factor functionalities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

Being part of at least 1 end-to-end SAP projects

Candidates with professional SAP SD certification will be preferred

1-3 years of experience preferably in heavy industries like steel, power, renewable energy, or cement

Minimum 3 years experience in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation
