About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate / Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Ideally a fresher or an early career professional - to work directly with the founders on high-impact projects across Operations, Analytics, Partnerships, Business Development, and Product.

This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, analytical, and proactive eager to learn the ropes of AdTech, mobile gaming, and digital advertising, while contributing meaningfully to the growth of a fast-scaling company. You will wear multiple hats, solve diverse problems, and get exposure to how a startup scales globally.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Analytics

Configure and manage ad placements, line items, creatives, and ad units in Google Ad Manager (GAM) 360, Applovin MAX, Ironsource LevelPlay, Google AdMob and other Ad Mediation Platforms.

Monitor performance, adjust price floors, test waterfalls, and support yield optimization strategies.

Generate reports on eCPM, fill rates, ARPDAU, and revenue trends; translate data into actionable insights.

Partnerships & Business Development

Work with top gaming studios across the world, helping them scale revenues.

Build and maintain partner databases; drive outreach to potential publishers, SSPs, and DSPs.

Support negotiations and deal closures alongside the founders.

Product & Strategy

Contribute to product ideation, preparing PRDs, scoping business impact, and driving projects from 0 1.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring new features and tools to life.

Research industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Founder's Office Projects

Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, growth, and partnerships.

Take ownership of special projects that directly impact company strategy and growth.

Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

Strong interest in startups, mobile gaming, AdTech, digital advertising, and programmatic ecosystems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with SQL/BI tools is a plus.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and wearing multiple hats.
