Technical Recruiter

Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in IT Technical recruitment for US. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and validate candidates for client IT roles across U.S. Geography. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions - Build and maintain pipelines across IT domains including: - Software Development - Cybersecurity - Semi conductor - Data Analytics - Cloud Computing & Infrastructure - Networking & Systems Administration - Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets - Utilize Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools effectively Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment - Proven success in placing candidates across contract, W2, and full-time roles - Strong understanding of U.S. work visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) - Expertise in recruiting across specialized IT verticals - Proficiency in Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Educational Background: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering/BCA or a related technical field - Technical education that supports deeper understanding of IT roles and terminology Why Join Best Nanotech: - Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to grow in a dynamic, global recruitment environment
