Position Overview As a Business Development Executive at MetaMind you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clinic by developing and implementing strategic business initiatives You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities establishing partnerships and expanding our client base in the mental health sector Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competition in the mental health industry - Analyse data and market insights to develop strategies for clinic growth Business Strategy Development - Define and execute the clinic s business development strategy - Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives Client Relationship Management Partnership Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral sources - Identify and engage with potential clients demonstrating a deep understanding of their mental health needs and offering appropriate services - Identify potential strategic partners such as local healthcare providers community organizations and schools - Negotiate and establish partnerships to expand the clinic s reach and enhance services Sales and Revenue Generation - Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting clinic services to individuals organizations and healthcare professionals - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners Marketing and Promotion - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials campaigns and online presence to increase clinic visibility - Attend industry events and conferences to represent the clinic and network with key stakeholders Reporting and Analysis - Maintain detailed records of business development activities sales and client interactions - Provide regular reports and analysis on business development progress Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Psychology or a related field Master s degree preferred - Proven track record in business development sales or marketing preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector - Strong understanding of mental health services and a genuine passion for improving mental well-being - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently set priorities and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for mental health and a strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities we invite you to join and help us make a difference in the lives of those we serve Mail us at or reach out at 8743828578 ref updazz com
