Back-end Developer (Immediate Joiners)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Back-end Developer with 3-4 years of experience to help us build the next generation of AI-driven digital products. You will play a key role in the development of dynamic web and mobile applications, enterprise-grade platforms, and high-performance web services. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Python.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Ensure high-quality, modular, and testable code, with proper version control and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to architecture design, infrastructure planning, and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
- Experience with AWS cloud services is a strong plus.
- Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Proven experience in production-level projects and agile team environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of code and systems.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, collaborative setting.
