We are seeking an experienced HRBP with 8-10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in engineering and business management.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end HR processes, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition decisions, and retention strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and solve workforce-related issues using data-driven insights.
- Manage the delivery of key HR programs, including employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Drive excellence in HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel to track key HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
- B.Tech/BE graduate and MBA are required.
- 6 -10 years of experience as an HR Manager, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
- Prior experience in the tech-based industry is a must. Experience in GCC, retail tech, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Assertive Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
