We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead our financial operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
