osition Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Robotics Engineer - Automation to design develop and implement robotic and automation systems that streamline production processes enhance efficiency and ensure precision in manufacturing The role requires expertise in integrating robotics with automation technologies such as PLCs sensors and vision systems to deliver end-to-end automated solutions Key Responsibilities Design and develop robotic automation systems for industrial manufacturing applications Program configure and integrate industrial robots ABB FANUC KUKA Yaskawa etc with automation equipment Develop control strategies using PLC SCADA and HMI for seamless automation Conduct feasibility studies simulations and proof-of-concept for automation solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams mechanical electrical software for system integration Implement machine vision AI and sensor-based automation for enhanced accuracy and quality Troubleshoot maintain and optimize robotic systems to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards ISO CE OSHA and industry regulations Prepare detailed documentation training materials and technical support for end users Research and implement the latest advancements in robotics and Industry 4 0 automation Skills Competencies Strong expertise in robotics industrial automation and mechatronics Proficiency in robot programming C C Python ROS RAPID KRL etc Hands-on experience with PLC programming Siemens Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi etc Knowledge of motion control actuators sensors and vision systems Familiarity with CAD tools SolidWorks AutoCAD and system simulation software Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead automation projects and work in a collaborative environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 841 23 - 47 816 05 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
