Roles & Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the ERP application and supporting the functional teams while meeting consistent quality requirements and timelines. (1.) To administer ERP in production environment (2.) To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery (3.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users. (4.) To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level (5.) To train and transfer knowledge to the team members

he Product Specialist (SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration) is responsible for the effective implementation of SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration strategies. The role involves overseeing and managing the upgrade and migration process to ensure a seamless transition to S/4HANA, meeting business objectives and requirements. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute the upgrade and migration process to sap s/4hana.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and align upgrade strategies accordingly.

3. Perform system assessments, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful migration to s/4hana.

4. Develop and maintain documentation related to the upgrade process and post upgrade support.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during and after the upgrade.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of sap basis administration and s/4hana architecture.

2. Proficiency in sap system upgrades, migrations, and conversions.

3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in sap environments.

4. Experience with system testing, performance tuning, and monitoring in sap landscapes.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA Installation and Upgrade (If any)
