Department: Paediatrics & Neonatology Location: Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital Reporting To: Head – Paediatrics Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Qualification: MD in Paediatrics Job Summary: Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatrician to join our expanding team of child healthcare specialists. The ideal candidate should hold an MD in Paediatrics and have at least 2 years of experience, with the ability to independently manage Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. • Diagnose and treat a wide range of paediatric conditions and infections. • Manage critically ill neonates and premature babies in the NICU. • Monitor growth and development, ensuring timely vaccinations and preventive care. • Guide parents on child health, nutrition, and development. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and other specialists. • Respond to emergencies and provide timely medical intervention. • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medical records. Required Qualifications & Skills: • MD in Paediatrics from a recognized medical institution. • Minimum 1 year of post-MD clinical experience. • Proficiency in managing NICU cases is essential. • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication skills and a child-friendly approach. • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or relevant authority).
