Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist at Healing Roots Acupuncture Clinic, located in Worli. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing patient appointments, answering phone calls with professional etiquette, and providing a welcoming experience to all patients and visitors. Additional duties include maintaining patient records, processing paperwork, and supporting the overall daily operations of the medical office. Qualifications - Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars efficiently - Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally - Experience with general Receptionist Duties, such as managing front desk operations and welcoming patients - Knowledge of Medical Terminology and the ability to work in a Medical Office setting - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is an advantage - Familiarity with office software and customer management systems is a plus
