Chartered Accountant Company Honey Makhija Rice Pvt Ltd Location Katni Madhya Pradesh India Reports To Managing Director About Us Honey Makhija Rice Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the rice industry with a strong focus on non-basmati rice and a growing export division The company operates several subsidiaries including Shri Mumma Food Industries and is committed to scaling its operations globally We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join as the Chief Financial Officer CFO to oversee and optimize the financial health of the organization and its subsidiaries Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Management Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company s growth objectives Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and Board of Directors on financial planning forecasting and investments Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure long-term stability Financial Operations and Compliance Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements budgets and forecasts Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including tax filings GST and audits Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard the company s assets Subsidiary Management Manage the financial performance and reporting of subsidiaries including Shri Mumma Food Industries Coordinate with subsidiary leadership to align financial goals and streamline operations Fundraising and Capital Management Explore and secure funding options including loans investments and other financial instruments to support expansion plans Optimize working capital and manage cash flow efficiently across the organization Process Optimization and Automation Implement financial systems and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis Streamline processes for cost reduction and operational effectiveness Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team across the parent company and subsidiaries Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement within the finance function Key Qualifications Education Certification Chartered Accountant CA qualification is mandatory An MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification is a plus Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of managing finances for a medium-to-large organization Experience in export-oriented businesses manufacturing or agriculture-related industries is preferred Skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations taxation and corporate compliance in India Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Exceptional leadership analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses A leadership role in a fast-growing organization with global aspirations Opportunities to influence strategic decisions and make a significant impact A dynamic work environment fostering innovation and growth How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to email their CV and cover letter to anish zoopero gmail com or WhatsApp their application to 91 9490242441 with the subject line Application for CA - Honey Makhija Rice Pvt Ltd Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Honey Makhija Rice Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience total work 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
