This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Bengaluru JobType full-time Requirements About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with at least 3 years of experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technologies excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization As a Flutter Developer you will work closely with product managers designers and backend developers to create seamless and scalable mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms Key Responsibilities Cross-Platform App Development Design develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart that function seamlessly across Android and iOS devices Collaboration Work closely with UI UX designers to translate creative designs and mockups into responsive mobile interfaces Coordinate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other data sources App Lifecycle Management Manage the entire app lifecycle including concept design build deploy test release to app stores and support Code Quality Write clean scalable and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Performance Optimization Optimize application performance responsiveness and ensure minimal lag or glitches Address performance issues promptly and effectively Testing Debugging Conduct unit testing and integration testing of code Debug and fix issues reported by QA or users Third-Party Integrations Integrate third-party APIs libraries and SDKs to enhance app features such as payment gateways push notifications maps analytics etc Version Control Use version control tools such as Git for managing codebase and collaborating with other developers Deployment Handle app deployment processes including uploading applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store Continuous Learning Stay up-to-date with the latest trends features and advancements in Flutter Dart and the mobile app development ecosystem Required Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of mobile app architecture state management e g Provider BLoC Riverpod RESTful APIs and JSON Deployment Experience Proven experience in releasing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store Problem-Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Teamwork Communication Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work in an agile team environment Good communication skills to articulate ideas and technical concepts clearly Preferred Experience with Firebase GraphQL native Android iOS development and CI CD pipelines is a plus
