Job Title Accounts Executive Location Ambernath Gender Male Only Company Ramsons Perfumes Pvt Ltd Website www ramsonsperfumes com We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes Dombivli The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting processes proficient in Tally ERP and capable of maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records ledgers and journals Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including invoicing receipts payments and vendor settlements Prepare and process monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Reconcile bank statements ledgers and account balances Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory taxes Ensure statutory compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations Assist in preparing financial and management reports Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally ERP and perform data verification Adhere to company accounting standards and policies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce or a related field 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role Proficiency in Tally ERP software is mandatory Solid understanding of accounting principles taxation and statutory compliance Excellent attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
