What you’ll do: - Develop bold, fresh concepts for branded content, influencer campaigns & IPs - Understand the pulse of the internet and bring that energy into decks, pitches, and strategies that WIN AND ONLY WIN - Be the strategic brain behind some of the most culturally resonant brand moves What we’re looking for: - 2–4 years in a creative or strategy role at an agency, studio, or brand-side (branded content or influencer space) - Solid grasp on pop culture, creators, and internet behavior/ A strong POV on what works in culture, and why - You think in big ideas, not just pretty decks - Great taste, sharper decks, and a hunger to break the clutter - The ability to think fast, pitch faster, and still land with depth Bonus points if: - You’ve worked on creator-led campaigns - Manage of team of writers, thinkers and strategists - You write well, think in slides, and can lead a room with your narrative Send your portfolio or a campaign you’re proud of to careers@monk-e.in with subject: Here's your best creative strategist Location- Mumbai (Andheri west)
