Website: Position Overview We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong experience in both 2D and 3D animation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visuals, the ability to create dynamic animated content, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life across digital platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging content for our brand, marketing campaigns, explainer videos, product demos, and social media. Key Responsibilities Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, product explainers, digital ads, social media content, and corporate presentations. Create 2D and 3D animated elements, characters, and environments as needed. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and UI/UX teams to develop visual storytelling ideas. Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation mockups. Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality design standards across all outputs. Manage multiple animation projects with tight timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation. Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D animation software. Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, visual effects, and composition. Experience with 2D character rigging, kinetic typography, and infographic animation. Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering is a strong plus. Basic video editing and sound syncing capabilities. Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have Knowledge of UI animations for websites or apps. Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design prototyping tools. Experience creating animated content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
