Position Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location: Noida

Department: Finance

Experience Required: 4–7 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

3. Technical Accounting & Advisory

- Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.
- Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of IND AS, IFRS, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
