Job Title Account Clerk Reports to Manager Location D - 94 Sector - P3 Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh India - 201310 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to join our team The ideal candidate will support the finance and accounting department by performing clerical tasks including maintaining financial records preparing reports and reconciling accounts Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems - Accurately record invoices payments and expenses 2 Data Entry - Enter financial transactions into the system with precision - Ensure all data entries are error-free and comply with company policies 3 Account Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies 4 Accounts Payable and Receivable - Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes - Ensure timely payments to vendors and collection of receivables 5 Reporting - Generate periodic financial reports as requested - Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and other financial documents 6 Administrative Support - Handle correspondence related to accounting issues - Maintain organized and secure filing systems for financial records 7 Compliance - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies - Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support Qualifications and Skills - Education - High school diploma or equivalent essential - Associate degree in accounting finance or a related field preferred - Experience - Prior experience as an account clerk or in a related role is advantageous - Technical Skills - Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP and MS Office Suite especially Excel - Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles - Soft Skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Good communication and interpersonal skills Working Hours 09 00 AM - 05 00 PM Employment Type Contract Salary Range Commensurate with experience Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to sokhasecurities gmail com Please include Account Clerk Application - Your Name in the subject line Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 24 months Pay 8 086 00 - 30 751 94 per month Schedule Rotational shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
