Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Designer, located in Gurugram The Quality Assurance Designer will be responsible for testing, identifying, and resolving quality issues in our AI solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards. This includes writing and running test cases, reporting bugs, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, and continuously monitoring the quality of the product throughout the development lifecycle. Key requirements: - Strong understanding of different testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing - Knowledge of design concepts to effectively evaluate the visual and functional quality of a design. - Testing tools and browsers for cross-browser and device testing. - Test case management and bug tracking - Design system documentation (colors, typography, spacing, icons, grids) - Have knowledge of A/B testing - Check layout alignment, spacing, fonts, and colors - Confirm interactive elements trigger expected outcomes - Validate navigation flows and links - Test gestures and scrolling behavior - Test on real devices and simulators - Have good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS - Good communication Skills - Flexible to work in shifts
