Job Role Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee daily construction activities at the site to ensure work is executed as per approved plans drawings and specifications Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Execution Coordination Coordinate with architects structural engineers contractors and suppliers for smooth workflow Ensure materials manpower and machinery are available as per the project schedule Verify measurements and quantities for construction activities Quality Control Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards in construction Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with relevant specifications and drawings Planning Scheduling Prepare and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines Identify potential delays and report issues promptly to the Project Manager Documentation Reporting Maintain daily progress reports material consumption and manpower records Support billing engineers in preparing work progress documentation and quantity verification Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations at the site Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPEs by all site workers Client Vendor Coordination Assist in site meetings with clients and consultants to update on progress Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech B E in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of site experience in real estate or building construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods drawings and materials Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Excel preferred Good communication and team coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
