Un environnement Inspirant : Travaillez au sein d'une quipe soude, o l'expertise et la crativit de chacun sont mises en avant et rcompenses, Dans le cadre de son dveloppement, ALSYMEX recherche pour son tablissement de Mrignac un : UN (e) CHEF DE PROJET INDUSTRIALISATION CONFIRME F/H- CDI- MERIGNAC 33 En tant que Chef de Projet, vous jouerez un rle crucial en pilotant des projets au cur du nuclaire de demain, en collaboration avec nos experts et nos clients pour transformer des concepts novateurs en ralisations concrtes. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Pour mener bien ce projet, le/la futur(-e) collaborateur(-ice) aura en responsabilits et pour mission de : Accompagner le client sur le dveloppement projet afin de passer de la phase de conceptualisation celle de fabrication, Dvelopper le cahier des charges technique et industrialiser le produit suivant les exigences techniques, qualit et sret, Mener une campagne de qualification de prototype, au besoin, Garantir le bon droulement des qualifications, dveloppements, fabrications, essais, tests du systme en accord avec l'industrialisation dfinie, Garantir l'atteinte des performances techniques, qualits et financires attendues dans le CDC client, Piloter et animer le projet en s'appuyant sur les ressources techniques transverses, Assurer l'interface avec le responsable programme, Travailler en collaboration avec les autres tablissements d'ALSYMEX, dont Bourg en Bresse et Bordeaux. COMPETENCES /PROFIL Ingnieur mcanique avec 5 10 ans d'exprience sur des projets composante mcanique et mens sur du long terme (1 3 ans). Connaissance si possible du rfrentiel nuclaire : Codes RCC, exigences Qualit dont la norme ISO 19443, Anglais technique courant l'oral comme lcrit, Exprience dans des secteurs forte valeur ajoute, type nuclaire, dfense, spatial. CONDITIONS Poste en CDI, statut cadre, mutuelle totalement prise en charge par l'employeur, intressement et participation, tickets restaurant, Salaire ngociable en fonction de l'exprience.
