Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java/Python/React) Experience: 4–8+ Years Location: Hybrid [PAN India] About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, React, and SQL, along with practical experience working on Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Python, and Spring Boot. Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React. Implement and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Develop cloud-ready solutions and deploy services on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and QA. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python development. Strong experience with Spring Boot for building backend services. Proficiency in React for front-end development. Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design. Practical experience working with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, Databases, Storage, etc.). Strong understanding of API design and integration. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables end-to-end. Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, distributed teams. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
