What you'll do Join our vulnerability management team to support digital surface coverage. In this technical role, you will operate discovery tools, analyze findings, validate results, assist in prioritizing remediation, and help script automations. You will work closely with infrastructure, platform, and security operations teams to help mitigate potential exposure risks to Docusign. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr Manager, Vulnerability and Configuration Management Responsibility - Run external discovery scans; ensure freshness and scope accuracy - Validate assets; dedupe results; tag ownership and environment - Open tickets with clear context; track takedown/hardening to closure - Write automation scripts for ETL, enrichment, evidence capture - Maintain dashboards (unknown assets, exposure MTTR, high-risk issues) - Keep exception records current with expiries; attach verification artifacts - Contribute to runbooks, playbooks, and how to docs - Assist surge response for high-risk exposures; communicate status Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic - BS degree or equivalent in a relevant technology field, with some coding experience - Scripting and programming fundamentals (Python, Go, or TypeScript) and SQL - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially public endpoints and security groups Preferred - Exposure to External Surface Coverage or EASM tools such as Microsoft Defender EASM, VirusTotal, or Wiz EASM - Familiarity with DNS providers, Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) - Experience working with data pipelines and reporting tools to visualize metrics and trends - Passion for cybersecurity and a fundamental understanding of internet and networking principles - Detail-oriented, metrics-driven, clear communicator, and eager to learn under mentorship Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
