Job Description Job Description: Human Resources Specialist Location: Webskitters Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Human Resources Specialist with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations with a 40:60 Ratio . The ideal candidate will play a dual roleensuring seamless hiring processes while driving efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (TA) - Manage end-to-end recruitment across departmentssourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. - Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower plans and role requirements. - Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality of hire. - Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements. - Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring SLAs. HR Operations - Handle the employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities. - Manage HRMS data accuracy, attendance, leaves, and employee records. - Support implementation of policies, HR SOPs, and organizational guidelines. - Assist in payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and audit readiness. - Address employee queries through structured processes and ensure timely resolution. - Support HR initiatives such as RnR, engagement activities, and capability-building programs. Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing channels, and interview techniques. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Good understanding of HR policies, payroll basics, and operational processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho experience is a bonus). - High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. - 36 years of experience in TA & HR Ops (IT/Tech hiring preferred).
