Join us to drive how the next billion users will interact on the internet What You’ll Do Technical Leadership & Architecture - Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. - Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals and industry standards. - Solve complex technical challenges with pragmatic solutions. - Lead design/code reviews, performance testing, and advanced debugging. - Explore and prototype emerging technologies to improve architecture. Project Leadership & Execution - Own large-scale, cross-functional projects from design to deployment. - Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery. - Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies. Mentorship & Coaching - Mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence. - Share best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and learning. Strategic Impact - Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps. - Recommend and adopt new tools/technologies. - Enhance processes, standards, and system reliability. Who are you? - 8-12 years of experience in backend engineering. - Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems. - Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams. - Deep understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and industry best practices, with a keen interest in staying up to date with advancements in the field. - Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. - Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus. - Experience with webRTC is a plus Where will you be?
