The Full-Time Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting operations for multiple clients across diverse industries. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and client coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering accurate and timely financial outputs.Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, invoices, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform GST calculations, reconciliations, return filing, and compliance tracking. Compute and file TDS returns; ensure adherence to statutory deadlines. Assist in income tax working, documentation, and filing for individuals and businesses. Support audit processes—statutory, internal, and tax audits—by preparing required schedules and documentation. Maintain accurate and updated MIS reports for clients. Collaborate with clients for data collection, follow-ups, and clarification of accounting queries. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable financial regulations. Work closely with internal teams to support process automation and improved financial workflows. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience (freshers with strong practical knowledge may be considered). Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel; experience with cloud accounting tools is an added advantage. Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and time-management skills. Professional communication and client-handling capability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple client deliverables. Additional Preferences Experience with financial automation tools. Working knowledge of ROC and corporate compliance processes.
