We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst Decision Sciences Business: Wealth & Personal Banking Principal Responsibilities - Support the definition and design of Decision Systems Technology Strategy i.e., build Cloud based Cognitive decision infrastructure for implementation of Advance Analytics with performance at scale. - Deliver & execute the roll out of Future State decision system across any HSBC market. - Deliver the Decision Optimization program objectives related to development and implementation of Machine learning models, access to new external data and improvement of Credit Straight through processing, Turnaround time etc. - Join up with teams to deliver a consistent Cloud based Decisioning Infrastructure across Underwriting, Originations, Fraud and Account Management. - Implement best practices and standardize the change management process across various region. - Create global standard service levels & deliver MI to support operational monitoring of Future Decision Systems service. Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university. - Experience on Python programing, Git, GitHub, Python Test Framework (PyTest), Visual Studio Code (VS Code) - Knowledge on python code quality guidelines (PEP 8, SonarQube) - Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Experience on BigQuery. - Experience on working with Jenkins Pipelines (CI/CD), Airflow DAGs - Experience on building user interfaces (UIs) using technologies like React JS, Vue JS - Experience on credit decisioning product(s) E.g., Experian Power Curve, SMg3, SAS Intelligent Decisioning, Provenir etc. You'll achieve more at HSBC HSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
