Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage outpatient department (OPD) schedules and patient appointments
- Coordinate effectively between doctors, patients, and other departments
- Ensure smooth patient flow with minimal waiting times
- Maintain and regularly update patient records and documentation
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and provide service-oriented support
- Supervise OPD staff and oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
- Manage billing, registration, and related administrative processes
- Provide administrative support to doctors as required
- Monitor and manage OPD inventory and supplies

Requirements:
