What you'll do: - Responsible for monitoring, providing support, and troubleshooting all Azure deployment - Provide technical support for critical server environment including server deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, application support, virus remediation, business continuity, operational and disaster recovery - Manage infrastructure operations aligned to the ITIL process, and deliver service level agreements (SLAs) around availability, RTO, and RPO - Participate in implementation, go live, and post-go-live production support through the process of initial setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance as part of the technical support team - Good understanding and handson experience on configuring and troubleshooting application gateway firewall, load balancers, Azure vaults, network security group, Vnet, Storage accounts, Resource monitoring and Azure Automation etc - Participate in analyzing, troubleshooting, remediating, and resolving issues in cloud infrastructure and architecture reported by clients - Good understanding of cost management and billing, resource utilization and calculation - Install and configure cloud instances and related services - Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of managed services on Azure and participate in architectural discussions to ensure that solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud - Good knowledge and handson experience on PowerShell, JSON scripting to automate Microsoft Azure tasks. Basic qualifications: - 3+ year of experience in implement, manage and support infrastructure, network security for large enterprise-scale applications - Demonstrated experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and scaling applications hosting on Azure IAAS and PAAS - Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities - Experience in Azure devops configuration or a similar CI/CD pipeline for multiple teams and platforms - Knowledge on GIT, Devops, config management tools, Powershell scripting and CICD pipeline will be an added advantage - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of public cloud infrastructure and design for maximum flexibility, extensibility, and High availability - Hands-on expertise in deploying enterprise applications on Azure, leveraging platform services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Security Center, Azure Monitor, Storage, Key Vault, Automation, Azure AD, vNet, VPN, Front Door, Load Balancer, and Traffic Manager - Demonstrated understanding of moving applications hosted on-premise to Azure for production and non-production environments - Creative thinker and analytical problem-solver with demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning to completion in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment - Knowledge of data center architecture and operations in a highly virtualized environment. - Decisive, energetic, and focused team player - Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills - Must be willing to work rotational shift - Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104 is a preferable.
