Ai Enablement Engineer – Assistant Vice President 2

Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Enablement engineer to join our team and drive the development and integration of cutting edge AI solutions into our business processes This is a highly technical and hands-on role where you will be responsible for building AI systems from scratch leveraging technologies such as Generative AI Gen AI RAG Graph based systems and LLMs You will collaborate closely with software engineers and investment servicing business teams to solve complex business challenges in the asset servicing domain Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available What you will be responsible for As AI Enablement Engineer - VP you will Design Develop and deploy AI ML models and systems from scratch with a focus on GenAI LLMs RAG and Graph based systems Integrate AI into the existing business processes to solve real-world problems in asset servicing business such as Middle office Fund Accounting Payments and custody Collaborate with cross functional teams including software engineers and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases Optimize and fine tune AI models for performance scalability and reliability Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in AI ML technologies including NLP time series analysis and explainable AI and evaluate their applicability to business needs Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and industry standards in the financial services domain Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive AI adoption across the organization Focus on delivering high quality solutions with speed and impact What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Technical expertise -
