Manpower & Attendance Management Maintain daily attendance (biometric / muster roll) Manage shift allocation, weekly offs, and overtime Control absenteeism and arrange replacements Maintain complete employee & contract labour records 2. Recruitment & Onboarding (Factory Staff) Recruit factory-level manpower: Fabricators Machine operators Helpers Loaders / installers Handle joining formalities: Aadhaar, bank details, ID proofs PF & ESI enrollment Conduct factory induction: Safety rules Discipline & reporting structure 3. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with: PF & ESI Minimum Wages Act Factory Act Contract Labour Act Maintain statutory registers Handle labour inspections & audits Coordinate with labour contractors 4.
