Required Knowledge: - 3-7 years of proven experience in HR hiring/recruitment. - Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, , etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
