The ideal candidate will assist in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes to support our financial decision-making. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the finance sector. Responsibilities - Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making. - Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Prepare financial models and perform variance analysis. - Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes. - Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform financial strategies. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling. - Familiarity with accounting software and financial databases. - Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
