Role: Salesforce MuleSoft Developer Experience: 6–8 Years Location: Delhi About the Role We are hiring a Salesforce MuleSoft Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing integration solutions using MuleSoft. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MuleSoft standalone on-premises development, advanced DataWeave (DWL), connectors, and enterprise integration patterns. You will work closely with Salesforce and cross-functional technical teams to architect seamless integrations, build reusable components, ensure performance, and deliver secure, reliable APIs. Key Responsibilities Integration Development - Design, develop, and maintain robust MuleSoft integration solutions for Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Configure and manage connectivity using multiple MuleSoft connectors (HTTP, AWS, SFDC, SFTP, DB, SMTP, Java Module). - Implement end-to-end integration flows, batch processes, orchestration, and reusable components. Error Handling & Quality Control - Develop fault-tolerant workflows, global error handlers, on-error-continue/on-error-propagate patterns. - Participate in unit testing, QA cycles, and performance testing. Performance, Monitoring & Optimization - Monitor integration pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize runtime performance. - Apply best practices in caching, threading, pooling profiles, and scalability. Documentation & Collaboration - Create detailed technical documentation, mapping specs, API contracts, and deployment instructions. - Collaborate with Salesforce teams, architects, DevOps, and business SMEs to ensure successful project delivery. Architecture & Best Practices - Implement API-led connectivity: System APIs, Process APIs, Experience APIs. - Apply integration design patterns like scatter-gather, choice routers, for-each, parallel for-each, etc. - Maintain security best practices: OAuth, TLS, secrets management, policies. - Stay updated with MuleSoft releases, new connectors, and industry trends. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - 6–8 years overall experience with at least 3+ years in MuleSoft. - Strong experience in API/Web Service development (REST/SOAP). - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Standalone On-Premise runtime. - Deep knowledge of core MuleSoft components and integration patterns. - Advanced DWL (DataWeave) skills — reduce, pluck, flatten, mapObject, filters, etc. - Experience with pooling profiles, threading strategies, and performance optimization. - Knowledge of IDP & Agentforce setups is a plus. - MuleSoft certification is an advantage.
