Job Description Qualified Degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with minimum 3 years of experience for L1 Analyst and Minimum 5 Years of Experience for L2 Analyst OR BCA/ B.Sc.-IT/ B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 5 years of Experience for L1 Analyst and Minimum 7 Years of Experience for L2 Analyst) AND - Experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting large size Endpoint Protection/ EDR/ Threat Hunting/ Forensics with at least 10,000 endpoints in single installation. SME must have complete product knowledge proposed in the tender. Sound knowledge of Endpoint security solution solutions(Next Gen AV+EDR), Threat Intelligence Feed / Threat Hunting Proven track record on trouble shooting the issues related to End Point Security (Next Gen AV+ EDR) solutions issues. - Having Certificate from any reputed Endpoint Protection/ EDR software, Next-Gen antivirus products OEMensuring that resource is competent enough to work as L1 and L2 Analyst. Certificate should be valid and should not older than 6 Months
