We are seeking a highly qualified and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the planning execution and delivery of real estate projects The ideal candidate should be an IIT graduate or from a premium institution with extensive experience in residential commercial or mixed-use real estate construction possessing strong technical managerial and coordination skills Role responsibilities Plan monitor and execute civil construction activities for residential commercial and township projects Review architectural and structural drawings BOQs and technical specifications Supervise all on-site civil works including structure finishing infrastructure and allied services Coordinate with architects consultants MEP teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets quality and safety standards Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction excellence Monitor and control material consumption vendor performance and site progress Validate contractor bills work orders and material reconciliation reports Support project planning scheduling and cost control through MS Project Primavera Provide technical inputs and value engineering solutions for cost and efficiency optimization Lead mentor and supervise a team of engineers supervisors and site staff Coordinate with management for progress reviews approvals and project updates
