Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership It is India s leading telecom service provider The Company provides pan India Voice and Data services across 2G 3G and 4G platform With the large spectrum portfolio to support the growing demand for data and voice the company is committed to deliver delightful customer experiences and contribute towards creating a truly Digital India by enabling millions of citizens to connect and build a better tomorrow The Company is developing infrastructure to introduce newer and smarter technologies making both retail and enterprise customers future ready with innovative offerings conveniently accessible through an ecosystem of digital channels as well as extensive on-ground presence The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange NSE and Bombay Stock Exchange BSE in India RoleProject Manager ERP Enterprise ApplicationsJob Level DesignationM3- General ManagerFunction DepartmentSolution Delivery - Information TechnologyLocationPune IT Hub - HJWJob Purpose Role is expected to ensure Quality Timely delivery of Business critical compliance related projects which includes analysis finalization of requirements and scope compliance to regulation participate in design solution implementation In addition to this will also be responsible for effort estimation reviews sign-offs Build Release planning for next 2-3 releases at least track AD bucket utilization and maintain operational stability by effective defect density analysis provide guidance to partners accordingly Contribute effectively for any of the new initiatives in the areas of Enterprise Support Systems Manage ERP and other associated applications operations AMS Key Result Areas Accountabilities End to end project delivery of small to medium and complex projects responsible for delivery of applications such as SAP S4 HANA Finance E-Invoicing Hyperion HFM and Planning Payable Image based processing tools Workflows and also to extend support surround applications like Share point Alfresco etc Manage SAP Operations AMS coordination with the SI partners and ensure SLA are properly adhered Obtain acceptance on the project plan from engagement managers responsible for resource planning schedule and estimations reviews and validations project execution tracking and monitoring documentation of concerned projects project closure and provide billing concurrence for effort consumed Service level management for various applications Responsible for risk assessment and mitigation risks actions issues dependencies and changes publish project status reports to concerned stakeholders presentations Show Tell of the project to business users organize related meeting and publish MOM to relevant stakeholders Stakeholder management Business users Internal departments and Vendor Team ensure that all testing cycles are closed and signoffs received as per defined acceptance standards and share required artefacts to release team alignment prior deployment of code into production Co-ordination with SI partners and product vendors for smooth rollout of the projects day to day management of incidents and bugs Core Competencies Knowledge Experience Accounting background preferably working in the telecom industry Certified in SAP S4 HANA Finance and MM HR will be preferred Project management skills and certification SAP S4 HANA full lifecycle Implementation in a large organization Experience and Knowledge in Finance Taxation GST TDS WHT planning and budgeting projects Good knowledge in Assets Management process Sound knowledge in various Effort estimation techniques - Function point analysis Story points etc Strong communications interpersonal negotiation skills Highly competent in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Visio Word good knowledge on Hyperion Ability to drive operational excellence through standardization and innovation in processes systems tools Must have technical professional qualifications Degree in Accounting preferably Chartered or Cost Accountant SAP Certified Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business users SI partners People management skills Effective communication and inter-personal skills Proactive in approach with positive attitude Balanced in handling emergencies Experience in virtual team management 12-15 years of experience in working in Telecom on similar industry having good understanding of various business processes Vodafone Idea Limited formerly Idea Cellular Limited An Aditya Birla Group Vodafone partnership Vodafone Idea
