Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Engineering team in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ to support our sales and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. - Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, and quoting. - Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SalesOps, Finance, and Product teams. - Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality code delivery. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Salesforce implementations, including CPQ workflows. - Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and participate in Agile ceremonies. Required Skills & Experience - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation. - Minimum 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform features. - Experience with configuration and customization of CPQ pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, and approval processes. - Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security. - Experience with DevOps tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) is a plus. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; CPQ Specialist or Developer II certification is a plus. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company. - Exposure to Salesforce Communities, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
