Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and database management, with expertise in tools such as Power BI/Tableau and database. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Import data from various resources like different on premise data, Relational databased or data warehouse. - Partitioning and Denormalization - Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into a centralized database for analysis. - Create basic schema model to built relationship between different entities of a database in Power BI/Tableau. - Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy. - Provide support to end-users on BI tools and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics frameworks to track business - performance. - Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data. - Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and address data anomalies and inconsistencies. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics techniques. - Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies. - Should attend client calls independently Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Should have clear understanding Data warehouse and its concepts. - Proficiency in Relational Database like Postgres/SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle - Well experienced in write complex query, function, store procedure, execution plan, Performance Tuning and Query Optimization, Indexing, - Experience with Programming language(Python) is a Plus - BI Certification is a big plus Why Join Us: - Young Team, Thriving Culture - Flat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture. - Well-balanced learning and growth opportunities - Free health insurance. - Office facilities with a game zone, in-office kitchen with affordable lunch service, and free snacks. - Sponsorship for certifications/events and library service. - Flexible work timing, leaves for life events, WFH and hybrid options
