Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the entire jewellery production process from start to finish.
- Create daily/weekly production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Supervise all stages of jewellery making – casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, and finishing.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and planning teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements to optimize resources.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Lead, train, and guide the production team to achieve targets.
- Prepare and share regular production reports and performance updates.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and production techniques.
- Minimum 9–12 years of experience in jewellery production, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
