CTC Min - 335000 To CTC Max- 435000 LPA
POSITION SUMMARY
IT Recruiter with a knack for identifying top-tier candidates for a range of industries. Boasts a success rate of 95% in placing candidates in their respective roles within one month. Notable for cutting down hiring costs by 30% through strategic talent sourcing and negotiation. Experienced in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches to find the best talent in the market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Utilize online sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri.com, indeed, hirist) to identify and attract high- quality candidates

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications

• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments)

• Coordinate interviews with the hiring team and follow up on feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the software (UKG)

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

• Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in the IT industry
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate setting

• Having 3+ years of experience with IT recruitment.

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Job involves supporting & coordinating with on shore team based out of US offices and hence requires flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.
