Company Description About Sopra Steria Sopra Steria a major Tech player in Europe with 50 000 employees in nearly 30 countries is recognised for its consulting digital services and solutions It helps its clients drive their digital transformation and obtain tangible and sustainable benefits The Group provides end-to-end solutions to make large companies and organisations more competitive by combining in-depth knowledge of a wide range of business sectors and innovative technologies with a collaborative approach Sopra Steria places people at the heart of everything it does and is committed to putting digital to work for its clients in order to build a positive future for all In 2024 the Group generated revenues of EUR5 8 billion The world is how we shape it Position Sharepoint Business Analyst Location Noida Chennai Experience 6 years Education B E B Tech MCA Experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions Work closely with business owners and end-users to analyze business processes gather requirements and deliver functional solutions using tools such as SharePoint Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business owners and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications within the capabilities of SharePoint and Power Platform Design and implement solution involving SharePoint content structures site designs permissions workflows and document libraries Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps Canvas and automate workflows with Power Automate Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents BRD User Guides Test Cases and Change Management documents Create user stories as per business functional requirements for development team Conduct technical analysis and provide high-level effort and cost estimations for proposed solutions Qualifications Required Skills Qualifications Strong understanding of SharePoint Online On-Premise architecture permissions and content management features Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate Good to have Net background to understand legacy applications Proven ability to map business processes and identify automation opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in technical documentation and business analysis best practices Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint Experience with Power BI Dataverse or integration with external data sources Background in change management and user training is advantageous Additional Information Shift timing as customer requirement which 8 AM to 5 PM CET At our organization we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination We foster a work environment that is inclusive and respectful of all differences All of our positions are open to people with disabilities
